We recommend starting with Ballroom dance classes, Swing dance classes and/or Salsa dance classes. We also have beginner dance classes in Argentine tango and West Coast swing. In collaboration with dance professionals, competitors and judges, we have created our unique Core Elements Training program, which uses conceptual methods of instruction rather than rote memorization.
